护理骨干护理质量管理意识和能力培养模式的构建与实施

Exploration into Mode of Cultivation of Nursing Quality Management Awareness and Capacity of Backbone Nurses

目的探讨护理骨干护理质量管理意识和能力的培养模式。方法以医院管理年、医院文化建设年、病人安全年为契机,以人文精神为指导,通过营造护理文化,提升个体素质,激励骨干参与管理;建立短距高效的护理质量管理组织,实现护理部—管理组—护士长—护理骨干系统化的目标管理;创建"研究性检查"理念;建立以病人为中心的纠正和持续改进的机制,构建在护理质量管理的全过程中对护理骨干实现"陶冶、选拔、培训、实践、提高"的以人为本的培养模式。结果模式实施前238例和实施后266例病人对护理工作的满意度差异有统计学意义,显示注重培养护理骨干护理质量管理意识和能力的实践后,有效提高了病人对护理工作的满意度;调查120名护理骨干在模式实施前后的自我评价差异有统计学意义,显示护理骨干对自身工作理念和精神状态的评价有积极改观。结论该模式能有效发挥护理骨干在护理质量管理中的作用,丰富了护理管理的内涵,创建了实用的管理方法,有效提高了护理质量,同时也使医院拥有的护理文化氛围更加浓厚,促使了安全、人文、便捷、优雅的就医环境的形成。

Objective To explore the mode of cultivation of nursing quality management awareness and capacity of backbone nurses. Methods Under the guidance of humanity spirit, backbone nurses were encouraged to participate in the nursing management. A highly efficient nursing quality management body was established to ensure the target nursing of administration - management group - head nurse - backbone nurses. The mode of research oriented checking was established, and the patient oriented mechanism of rectification and sustained improvement was set up. The people-oriented full-length mode of cultivating the backbone nurses aimed at moulding, selecting, cultivating, practicing and improvement. Results The 238 patients＇ satisfaction in the nursing before the carrying out of the Mode and 266＇s after the Mode were statistically significantly different, pointing to the fact that emphasis on the backbone nurses＇ nursing quality management awareness and capacity helped increase patients＇ satisfaction. And the self- assessments by 120 nursing backbones before the implementation of the Mode were also statistically significantly different from those before, speaking for the fact that the Mode improved the nurses＇ work philosophy and mentality. Conclusion This Mode brings into full play the role of nursing backbones in the nursing quality management. It enriches the connotation of nursing management, creates a practical way of nursing management, improves the nursing quality, and at the same time, improves the nursing cultural atmosphere, thus conducive to the creation of a secure, humanistic, convenient and pleasant medical environment.
