随着当前教育的发展、现代教育技术的应用,即多媒体教学,使外语教学方式、教学环境、教学材料、教学模式及外语教师的角色、作用等都发生了巨大变化。外语教师如何适应新形式、掌握新技术,关键在于从根本上转变教师角色的观念,即由教师为主体改为由学生为主体的教学模式。

Today,the adoption of the modern educational technology,i.e.media instruction,has made a lot of changes in the teaching methods,teaching surroundings,and teaching materials,teaching model,as well as the teachers＇position and role in teaching foreign language.How the teachers for teaching English and others teachers adapt the new surroundings and take the rein of the new technology？ The key is changing the ideas of teachers,which are changing the body of teaching from teachers to students.
