摘要
"两化融合"要求发挥信息技术的创新作用与倍增效应,带动工业进步,达到"提高工业效率、减少交易成本、扩大工业机会"的效果,促进国民经济又好又快的发展。本文在分析信息技术给工业带来的发展基础上,分别从政策、技术、人才资源、企业信息化四个层面剖析了辽宁省工业领域中信息技术应用存在的问题和原因,进而提出发展建议。
Integration of digitalization and industrialization requires IT to play an innovative role and have a multiplier effect, which can improve industrial efficiency, reduce transaction costs and expand industrial opportunities, developing national economy in a good and fast way. IT＇s contributions to industry were analyzed, then the issue on IT＇s application in Liaoning＇s industry was deeply analyzed from the four dimensions of policy, technology, human resource and enterprise information, respectively.
