摘要
分析了脉冲编码器的工作原理,并讨论了它在金属管棒材自动无损检测中的两种应用方式。研究与应用结果表明,它不但提高了缺陷定位的准确度,还有助于试件长度的测量与计算。
The working principle of pulse encoder is analyzed,and its two application modes are discussed for the automatic non-destructive testing(NDT)of metallurgical tubes and bars.Research and application results show that the use of the pulse encoder in automatic NDT not only improves the accuracy of the defect location efficiently,but is also useful to the measurement and calculation of the length of the test sample.
