摘要
长期以来,我国的高等职业教育存在着评价标准的学术化倾向;课程教学的知识化倾向;学业考核标准注重知识的掌握即考核内容的"课本化"和考核方式的"单一化"倾向。鉴于此当前的高职教育改革应树立能力至上、技能优先的人才培养观,实现人才观从学术性、理论型到技术性、技能型的转变;构建服务于职业能力的课程体系;改变传统的以考核理论、知识的掌握、记忆为主的考核方式,建立以考核理论运用、能力掌握为核心的考核方式。
The higher vocational education were more academic,knowledge-based,textbook-based and inspection way simplification in China for a long time.Based on the personnel training view of ability is supreme and technology first,the education reform in current is construction curriculum system for service professional ability and change the inspection way,establishment a key way for test theory application and training skills.
