论当前师生关系的困境与对策

Comment on the Predicament and Countermeasures of Current Teacher-student Relationships

师生关系是教育功能实现的基石,师生关系蕴含着深层的教育价值。文章从分析当前师生关系的困境表现入手,从"师道尊严"的传统文化的渗透、教育本体的异化的影响、网络技术的发展和知识信息传递渠道的多元化趋势、市场关系对教育的冲击和社会转型中的价值迷茫、高等教育扩大化的负面影响等五个方面对当前师生关系的困境成因作了探究,进而提出了新型师生关系构建的对策:树立现代教育价值理念;限制办学规模,控制师生比;提升教师素质,以人格魅力影响和感化学生;重视教育评价标准的创新。

The relationships between teachers and students containing in depth educational value are the cornerstone of realizing educational functions. Obtaining from analyzing predicament performances of current the relationships be- tween teacher and student, the article has studied the causes from five aspects： the seeping of the traditional culture, ＂the absolute authority of the teachers＂, the influence of the educational essence＇s dissimilation, the diversified tend- ency of network technologies＇development and infornlation~ transmitting channel, the market~ pinch to the education and the value confusion in the social transition, the negative effect of expanding higher education. And then counter- measures to constructing new type of the relationships between teacher and student are provided： setting up the modern education value concept; limiting schools＂ scales; controlling the teacher- student ratio; promoting teachers＂ qualities; valuing the innovation of educational evaluation criteria.
