梅梁湖水体溶解氧特征及其与pH的关系分析 被引量:28

Preliminary Study on Characters of Dissolved Oxygen and the Relationship with pH in Meiliang Lake

摘要 根据2008年410月无锡市环境监测中心站对梅梁湖水域的应急监测数据,探讨了富营养化水体中溶解氧的时空分布及其与pH的关系.数据表明,夏季溶解氧含量呈逐月下降趋势,秋季开始回升,受水温影响较大,在空间分布上,西岸高于东岸,湖心最高,沙渚最低.采用SPSS13.0统计软件对溶解氧和pH进行相关和回归分析,两者之间呈极显著正相关(R=0.282,p=0.000),并存在pH=7.812+0.103×[DO]的线性关系. According to emergency monitoring data of the Meiliang Lake measured by Wuxi Environmental Monitoring Centre in 2008 from April to October,the tendency of the dissolved oxygen changed with time and relationship with the pH were explored in the eutrophication water-body.Throughout the summer the concentration of DO has been on the decline,this may be primarily concerned with the water temperature.The concentration of DO in the west zone of the lake was higher than the east zone,and the center of the lake was the maxium,the Shazhu zone of the lake was the minium.The results of the correlation and regression analysis indicated that very significant positive correlation between DO and pH(R=0.282,p=0.000),and the linear relationship was pH = 7.812 + 0.103×.
