LISS固定系统在胫骨近端粉碎性骨折中的应用被引量：2

摘要胫骨近端粉碎性骨折由于其解剖特征导致髓内固定系统不能达到有效的固定，外固定架技术则因存在钉道感染、骨折不愈合等并发症而限制了其在该类骨折中的应用．传统的钢板固定手术方法通过广泛的骨膜剥离和直接粗暴的复位手法以达到骨折的绝对稳定的目的，常常造成伤口愈合不良、感染以及骨延迟愈合等不良后果。
