CTA在颅内破裂动脉瘤早期诊治中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 颅内动脉瘤(intracranial aneurysm)系颅内动脉壁的囊性膨出,是引起自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的首位病因,本病好发于40~60岁中老年人,青少年少见。随着现代医学检查设备的迅猛发展,颅内动脉瘤在人群中的检出率逐渐提高。早期发现和消除颅内动脉瘤是提高白发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者生存率的重要手段。
