摘要 目的:探讨构建腹腔镜活体供肾切取术(laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy,LDN)操作培训课程体系的可行性。方法:通过对LDN技能培训课程不同阶段的标准化设计,制定相关训练科目和考核标准,在完成训练后进行考核和评估。结果:成功构建LDN的标准化培训课程体系,根据此体系能对外科医师进行LDN培训。结论:LDN培训课程体系能有效提高外科医师的LDN操作技能,并能达到规范手术步骤和过程的要求。 Objective：To investigate the feasibility of construction of training courses system on laparoscopic live donor nephreetomy（LDN）. Methods：We designed different stages of the standard LDN skill training courses system, established the training subjects and assessment standards, and made examinations and assessments after training. Results： The standard LDN skill training courses system was constructed successfully,according to this system we could train surgeon to practice LDN. Conclusions：LDN training courses system can effectively improve the skill of surgeon and regulate the operating procedure in LDN.
