摘要
目的研究垂体特异转录因子pit-1与PRL水平、肿瘤侵袭性的关系,探讨Pit-1在垂体瘤发病机制中的作用。方法免疫组化和RT-PCR分别测定Pit-1蛋白和pit-1mRNA的表达,分析Pit-1与肿瘤侵袭性的关系。结果与对照组相比,Pit-1在PRL腺瘤中均有高表达,Pit-1、pit-1 mRNA表达与PRL水平呈正相关并与肿瘤侵袭性相关。结论Pit-1及pit-1mRNA的表达在垂体PRL腺瘤发病机制中发挥一定作用。
Objective To study the relationship between the pituitary-specific transcription factor (Pit-1) expression level and biological behaviour in pituitary prolactinoma, and explore the value of Pit-1 on pathogenesis of pituitary adenomas. Methods Expression of Pit-1 protein was detected by immunohistochemical technique, and the expression of pit-1 mRNA was assayed by RT- PCR. Results High expression of Pit-1 protein were revealed in all of pituitary prolactinomas, and pit-lmRNA was expressed in all PRL adenomas. Serum PRL level before operation was positively related with pit-1 mRNA level in PRL adenoma. The expression of Pit-1 in the group with invasiveness is higher than in the group with non-invasiveness in all pit-1 mRNA-positive adenomas. Conclusions The expressions of Pit-1 associated with serum hormone level and biological behaviour have an important role in pathogenesis of pituitary prolactinoma.
