脑胶质瘤的分子生物学分型研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 胶质瘤是颅内最常见的原发性肿瘤,易复发,难根治,发病率为6~12/10万。近30年来,随着CT、MRI等技术的应用,在其诊断和治疗方面取得了很大的进步,但其预后没有明显的改善。目前,胶质瘤的分级和分类的主要依据是WHO2000年颁布的分类法,其诊断的主要依据仍然是组织学的检测结果。这种分类法有一定主观性,未能准确地反应各种胶质瘤的生物学特性和临床进程。近年来胶质瘤的分子生物学分型越来越得到专家们的重视。
