摘要
分析了邮电通信企业外部环境的变化，并在政企分开邮电分营的前提下，探讨了电信业建立现代企业制度和实行股份制改造的意义，提出了电信企业股份制改造的可行模式及其选择，最后分析了改制中存在的矛盾。
In this paper,we first analyse the changes in the external environments of the posts and telecommunications enterprises Under the presupposition of separating govemment and enterprise,Posts and Telecommunications,we study the significance of establishing modem telecommunications enterprise system and carying out the transformation into stock companies We then suggest the key elements for a feasible reform model and their choices finally,we discuss some contradictions in the refoming process
