385例上消化道异物的急诊胃镜诊疗分析

Emergency Endoscopic Diagnose and Treatment to Foreign Body in Upper Gastrointestinal of 385 Cases Analysis

目的分析上消化道异物的急诊胃镜诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2009年1月,急诊我院385例上消化道异物胃镜诊疗的成功率、并发症。结果385例中一次性成功取出异物367例,成功率95.32%,5例经过2次解决,3例无法胃镜处理及5例未能成功处理者转其它科治疗,失败率2.08%,未发现操作相关的并发症。结论对于上消化道异物的诊疗,急诊胃镜是有效、简便、安全的方法。

Objective： To study the diagnose and treatment of foreign body in upper gastrointestinal by emergency endoscopy. Methods： 385 cases who had foreign body in upper gastrointestinal and had been admitted in our hospital from January 2004 to January 2009. After using endoscopy on 385 patients and analying diagnosis rate of accuracy, success rates and complication. Results： There were 367 cases for one times endoscopy only.The achievement ratio was 95.32% （367/385）. 5 cases for two times endoscopy,3 cases cannot endoscopy,5 cases faile to bing foreign witn endoscopy .The failure ratio was 2.08%.No complications had found. Conclusion： Patients with foreign body in upper gastrointestinal could be healed by endoscopic treatment with more effectively, safelyand economically.
