四种药物用于肠道清洁准备的横向对比研究

Horizontal Contrast of Four Drugs Used for Bowel Preparation

目的对比研究甘露醇、复方磷酸氢钠片、番泻叶、复方聚乙二醇4000用于肠道清洁准备的效果及患者的耐受性。方法选择在我科行结肠镜检查的患者400例,均无禁忌证,随机分为4组,各100例。于检查前A组口服25%甘露醇、B组口服复方磷酸氢钠片、C组口服番泻叶、D组口服复方聚乙二醇4000,从各组肠道清洁度、不良反应情况、患者耐受性、整体评价四个方面进行对比研究,并进行统计学分析。结果A组、B组、C组、D组的肠道准备有效率分别为69%、73%、66%、91%,P<0.01。A组、B组、C组不良反应较多且明显,D组的不良反应少见,患者易接受,82%患者和91%医生整体评价较好。结论复方聚乙二醇4000用于肠道清洁准备效果比较好,不良反应少,患者易接受。

Objective： To compare effectiveness and patients＇ tolerance of mannitol, compound sodium phosphate tablets, senna and compound macrogo14000 for bowel preparation. Methods： Choice 400 patients, all with no contraindications for colonoscopy. They were randomly divided into 4 groups of 100 each. Before taking colonoscopy, group A took 25%omannitol, group B took compound sodium phosphate tablets, group C took senna, group D took compound macrogol 4000. Comparative study of the bowel cleanliness, adverse reaction, tolerance and overall evaluation. The results were analyzed statistically. Results： The percentage of efficacies for bowel preparation was 69% in the group A, 73% in the group B, 66% in the group C, and 91% in the group D. P 〈0.01. There were rarely adverse reactions in the group D, yet there were significantly more adverse reactions in the other 3 groups. Conclusions： TCompound macrogol 4000 for bowel preparation before taking colonoscopy has better efficacy□ less adverse reactions, patients easily accept, and was well reviewed by doctors.
