The Analysis of Five Kinds of Anti-AIDS Drugs

艾滋病是威胁人类健康的重大疾病,目前各国均积极投入抗艾滋病药物的研发与生产。本文详细分析了五类抗艾滋病药物的研究进展,包括核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NRTIs)、非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NNRTIs)、蛋白酶抑制剂(Pls)、进入抑制剂(entry inhibitors)、整合酶抑制剂(integrase inhibi-tors)的抗病机理、上市品种及副作用等情况。

HIV is a kind of fatal disease threatened human beings health. Many countries pay much money for anti-AIDS drugs research and product. In this article, the five kinds of anti- AIDS drugs are nucleotide reverse-transcriptase inhibitors （ NRTIs ） , Non-nucleoside reverse-transcriptase inhibitors （ NNRTIs ） , Protease inhibitors（Pls）, Entry Inhibitors （EIs）and integrase inhibitors （11S）. Their mechanism of action, categorys in market and side-effect are described.
