摘要
以柠檬酸渣为主要原料制备墙体材料,对柠檬酸渣进行化学成分分析、热分析和XRD分析。柠檬酸渣在130℃、140℃、150℃、155℃、160℃下进行炒制以获得建筑石膏,对所得建筑石膏的细度、凝结时间、2h力学强度等性能进行了测试分析。再以处理过的柠檬酸渣为主要原料,制成柠檬酸渣-粉煤灰砌块和柠檬酸渣砌块,并进行表观密度、力学强度等性能测定。结果表明,在155℃下炒制的柠檬酸渣制备的建筑石膏各项性能符合GB9776-1988《建筑石膏》标准;所得的柠檬酸渣砌块的密度、力学性能以及软化系数等性能符合JC/T698-1998标准。
In this paper, the citric acid residue as a main raw material of wall materials is analyzed from the chemical composition analysis, thermal analysis and XRD analysis. In order to get the building gypsum, the citric acid residue is hot treated at 130℃, 140℃, 150℃, 155℃, 160℃respectively; Simultaneously the fineness, coagulation time, 2h mechanical strength properties are analyzed. Citric acid residue-fly ash block and citric acid residue block are prepared by using hot treated citric acid residue as the main raw material, and the apparent density and mechanics strength of gypsum prepared by citric acid residue which is GB9776-1988 building gypsum; and the density, block are in line with the JC/T698-1998 standard. the block are determined.
