摘要
针对我国交通安全数据孤立分散,无法实现部门间共享的现状,提出了基于B/S模式的分布式公路交通安全数据库的解决方案,构建跨部门的数据平台。通过需求分析,确立了系统设计的总体目标。整合交通部和公安部的数据库,融合增补数据,形成新的公路交通安全数据库。分析了公路交通安全数据库的整合过程,以及包含的各个模块的功能。阐述了数据库实现过程中多个数据源的整合、数据接口设计、多元数据转换、数据表设计等关键技术。指出了Struts设计模式下Java开发的数据库系统,可降低开发成本,增强系统的可维护性与可扩展性。
The highway safety data are scattered and isolated among different departments in China and it cannot be shared efficiently. In order to solve this problem, a distributed highway safety analysis system is designed to integrate data from each department. After an examination of the customers' requirements, overall design goals have been established at first. This paper introduces the functions of each module included in this system as well as the key technologies adopted during the development procedure such as the integration of different data sources, conversion of multiple data, design for data interface and database tables. It points out that the system which follows struts design pattern with java can reduce the development cost and improve the maintainability as well as extendibility of the system.
