19世纪80年代，美国出现了一种反推式挤压滑模机。它取代了当时的预制施工方法，用于现场连续滑模建造路缘石。
Firstly,the function and advantages of curb slipform pavers are introduced.Secondly,the history,current situation and development trend of curb slipform pavers are expounded in aspects of power mode and electronic control technology.Finally the application nowadays in China of curb slipform pavers is introduced.The disadvantages in comparison with foreign countries as well as broad market prospect of application in China are pointed out.
