摘要
介绍了共振碎石化技术在浙江衢州市的应用情况,阐述了共振原理、施工工艺流程、质量控制要点。该工程的实践经验得出:排水系统的设计和安装、水泥板切缝以及共振后碾压和交通管理等方面是施工质量控制的要点;路基稳定、水泥板基层和面层分离、水泥板材质和厚度均匀是实施水泥路面的共振碎石化施工、保证白改黑工程质量的先决条件。
The application of resonance rubblization technology in Quzhou of Zhejiang province is introduced. The resonance principle, construction process and the key to quality control are expounded. According to the practice, some conclusions are drawn up: the key to construction quality control involves the design and installation of drainage system, cutting seam of cement slab, compaction after resonance and traffic management; stable subgrade, separate base and surface, and the material and evenness of cement slab are the preconditions for resonance rubblization and guarantee of the quality of concrete-to-asphalt project.
