摘要 报道了合成离子型3-羟基黄酮的中间体6-乙氧甲基-4'-N,N-二丁氨基-3-羟基黄酮的合成方法,研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间的最佳工艺条件,总收率为27.5%。 Reported the synthesis of 6 - ethoxymethyl - 4'- N, N - dibutylamino - 3 - hydroxyflavone which is the key intermediate of ionotropic hydroxyflavanone, and studied the optimum process conditions of material ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time , the total yield was 27.5 %.
