摘要
目的探讨授课式健康教育对厄洛替尼致皮疹的非小细胞肺癌患者掌握皮疹相关知识及降低患者焦虑程度的作用。方法将69例接受厄洛替尼靶向治疗发生皮疹的患者随机分为对照组(32例)和实验组(37例)。对照组患者给予传统式健康教育,实验组患者则采用授课式健康教育,比较两组患者对皮疹相关知识掌握情况及患者焦虑程度。结果实验组患者对皮疹相关知识掌握率优于对照组(P<0.05),对出现皮疹的焦虑程度较对照组轻(P<0.01)。结论授课式健康教育能有效提高厄洛替尼致皮疹患者对皮疹相关知识的掌握率,同时减轻患者焦虑程度,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of teaching-in-classroom health education on knowledge level and anxiety level about the rashes in nonsmall-cell lung cancer patients with erlotinib-related rashes. Methods 69 patients with edotinibrelated rashes were divided into two groups: control group of 32 patients and test group of 37 ones. When the rashes appeared, the control group received traditional health education and the test group teaching-in-classroom health education. Knowledge level and anxiety level about the rashes were compared in two groups. Result Knowledge level about the rashes of the test group was better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05), and anxiety level about the rashes was lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion In patients orally taking erlotinib, teaching-in-classroom health education can effectively increase the knowledge level about the rashes, alleviate the anxiety and improve the quality of life.
