体重小于10kg的法洛氏四联症患儿围手术期的护理

目的总结体重小于10kg的法洛氏四联症患儿围手术期的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结21例体重小于10kg的法洛氏四联症患儿围手术期的护理经过。结果本组18例患儿手术过程顺利,症状好转出院;另有3例出现低心排综合症,经过积极对症治疗,患儿均症状好转出院。结论术前做好心理护理,术后做好呼吸道护理和并发症的观察对手术的顺利进行和减少术后并发症具有重要的意义。

Objective To summarize the perioperative experience of nursing the infants less than 10 kg with tetralogy of fallot. Method A retrospective study was done to analyze and summarize the nursing to 21 infants with tetralogy of fallot. Result All the patients of this group were discharged with satisfactory treatments, including 3 cases who caught low cardiac output syndrome and were successfully treated symptomatically. Conclusion Preoperative mental care, postoperative nursing of respiratory tract and close monitoring over complications are all important for smooth manipulation of the surgery and alleviation of complications.
