Experience of Nursing and Ward Inspection of Individual Case in Operation Room

目的:提高手术室护士配合能力及业务技术水平。方法:通过不同形式的个案护理查房如新手术病例查房、新技术个案查房、抢救病例个案查房等;结果:提高了护士责任心,拓宽了知识面,提高了护理业务水平。

Objective To improve coordination and skills of nurses in the Operation Room. Method Various ways of nursing and ward inspection of individual case are used, including new operation cases ward inspection, new technology individual case ward inspection, individual rescue case ward inspection, and etc. Results Nurses＇ sense of responsibility has been improved, knowledge scales have been upgraded, and nursing skills have been elevated.
