摘要
目的:了解口腔全景摄影时患者受照剂量水平。方法:采用热释光剂量元件(TCD)贴敷在受检者体表处,测量摄影时的辐射剂量。结果:颈部剂量为79.3uGy,眼部52.6uGy,明显高于胸、腹部。结论:正确选择摄影条件并加强头、眼、颈部的防护可减少患者辐射影响,进一步提高检查安全性。
Objective: to understand the patients' exposure doses level during oral panorannic shooting. Methods: to apply TCD on the examinee's body to measure radiation amount while imaging. Result: neck amount 79.3uGy,eyes 2.6uGy,which are significantly higher than that of chest and abdomen. Conclusion: correct selection of imaging and adequate protection of head, eyes and neck can reduce the effects of radiation, and thus enhance the security of the inspection.
