摘要
目的:了解口腔全景摄影时患者受照剂量水平。方法:采用热释光剂量元件(TCD)贴敷在受检者体表处,测量摄影时的辐射剂量。结果:颈部剂量为79.3uGy,眼部52.6uGy,明显高于胸、腹部。结论:正确选择摄影条件并加强头、眼、颈部的防护可减少患者辐射影响,进一步提高检查安全性。
Objective： to understand the patients＇ exposure doses level during oral panorannic shooting. Methods： to apply TCD on the examinee＇s body to measure radiation amount while imaging. Result： neck amount 79.3uGy,eyes 2.6uGy,which are significantly higher than that of chest and abdomen. Conclusion： correct selection of imaging and adequate protection of head, eyes and neck can reduce the effects of radiation, and thus enhance the security of the inspection.
