腹腔镜肾部分切除术作为泌尿外科的一种微创技术,在不断发展。随着影像学的发展和体检的普及,早期肾癌或偶发癌逐渐增多,腹腔镜肾部分切除术在泌尿外科的应用迅速增多。该文对近年来早期肾癌腹腔镜肾部分切除术的进展作一综述,包括术中热缺血、切缘评估,保护肾功能、集合系统的封闭等手术技术难点。
