胆源性胰腺炎诊治54例分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Bioinorganic Pancieatitis

目的:探讨胆源性胰腺炎的发病机制、诊断及治疗。方法:回顾性分析54例胆源性胰腺炎患者的临床资料。结果:非手术治疗25例,死亡1例。手术治疗29例,早期手术死亡1例,择期手术无死亡。结论:胆道梗阻、炎症是胆源性胰腺炎的主要病因。早期确诊、及时治疗、合理手术是治疗的关键。

Objective ：The pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment for acute biliogenic pancreatitis were discussed. Methods ：54 cases of biliogenic pancreatitis from May 2001 to December 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： Out of 54 mild cases,25 were nonoperatively treated, 1 case death （4%）.and 29 underwent operations,1 death daring early operation （3.4%）,no death of choosed operation. Conclusions ：The main causes of biliogenie pancreatitis were biliary obstruction. Early diagnosis, reasonable treatment and suitable operation for biliogenic pancreatitis are very important.
