48例阿尔茨海默病的认知功能测评及护理干预

目的:了解阿尔茨海默病的认知功能障碍的临床特征并探讨护理措施。方法:采用简易痴呆筛选量表(MMSE)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、数字广度、物体记忆测验(FOM)、数字广度(DS)、词语流畅性测验(RVR)、Hachinski缺血积分量表等认知功能测评并进行护理干预。结果:认知功能检查显示:AD患者的记忆、执行功能、计算力较健康对照组有显著性差异。结论:阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能较健康对照组明显减退,对AD患者及家属应该尽早进行护理干预。

Objective ：To understand Alzheimer＇s disease patients with neurocognitive dysfunction and to explore the clinical characteristics of nursing. Methods ：Filter simple dementia scale （MMSE）, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD）, digit span, object memory test （FOM）, digit span （DS）, verbal fluency test （RVR）, Hachinski ischemic score Assessment Scale and other cognitive functions and carry out nursing intervention. Result：Cognitive function test results showed that： AD patients with memory, executive function, computing power than the healthy control group were significantly different. Conclusion：Alzheimer＇s disease patients than in healthy cognitive function in the control group decreased significantly, the families of AD patients and nursing intervention should be carried out as soon as possible.
