思想政治理论课既具有意识形态性,又具有科学性,是二者的统一。思想政治理论课教学的根本目标是引导大学生自觉树立马克思主义的世界观、人生观和价值观,培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,同时要兼顾培养大学生的问题意识。
