摘要
通过二亚甲基苯和二亚甲基吡啶桥联两分子雌二醇,而得到一类新型的钳型分子受体,经MS,IR,1HNMR及元素分析确证了其结构.利用分光光谱滴定法考察其分子识别性能,结果表明。
A novel type of molecular cleft has been synthesized by joining two estradiol units via the xylylene or pyridine dimethylene spacer.These receptor compounds 3a~d have been characterized by mass spectra, 1HNMR spectra,IR spectra and elemental analyses.Their molecular recognition properties have been investigated by UV visible spectrophotometric titration.These molecular clefts possess the ability to complex aromatic amine.Where hydrogen bonding,π stacking between aromatic residues and Van der waals interaction might have been called into play.
