摘要
报道了C.panzhihuaensis胚珠的结构、发育和受精前的雌配子体及颈卵器的发育.幼小胚珠由珠被、珠心组织组成,珠心组织内的功能大孢子经多次分裂形成游离核的雌配子体,最终形成细胞的雌配子体.人工授粉15d后,颈卵器开始发育,颈卵器由2个颈细胞和1个中央细胞组成,通常2个颈卵器能正常发育.
The authors report the structure and development of the Ovule of C.panzhihuaensis and the development of the female gametophyte and archegonium on the before of the fertilization.The free nuclear female gametophyte comes from the fission of the function megaspore,and then forms cell gametophyte.After the pollination 15 days,the development of archegonium begins,and two neck cells and one central cell comprise an archegonium.Usually,the development of two archegonia can be progress normally.
