试论地方院校发展战略选择——以云南民族大学为例

The Choice of Development Strategies for Local Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Yunnan University of Nationalities

上世纪末,我国高等院校开始了一场轰轰烈烈的拓展运动。伴随着规模扩展,许多高校提出了"建设国内一流、国际知名高校"的发展目标。但是综观全局,绝大多数高校普遍缺乏系统的战略分析和科学的战略选择。地方院校普遍具有资源短缺的显著性特征,要实现一流大学的发展目标,必须牢固树立"有所为有所不为"的战略思想,实行目标集聚战略,科学筛选重点发展学科,精心致力于团队建设,并持之以恒贯彻落实。

A vigorous expansion campaign was launched by Chinese colleges and universities at the end of the 20th century. With this, quite a few Chinese universities have worked out their ＂domestically first - class and internationally famous＂ goal. However, on the whole most have no systematic and strategic planning and choices. The local Chinese colleges and universities lack development resources. If they aim to become first - lass in China, they should have their focus of strategic development and organize the qualified teams for a sustainable development.
