Application of Case Analysis Method in Teaching Economic Laws

经济法教学中运用案例分析方法，具有举一反三的功效和形象生动便于理解的作用，有助于提高学生提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。运用案例分析方法，选好恰如其分的具体的典型案例，十分关键；选准案例分析在教学中的恰当时机，至关重要；把握案例分析在教学中的适当分量，事半功倍。运用案例分析方法要根据社会热点、教学难点，及时更新案例，开发利用现代教学手段，提高经济法教学的吸引力，充分激发学生的学习积极性，培养和提高学生的综合素质和能力。

The application of case analysis method in teaching economic laws is helpful for the students to improve their abilities to find out, analyze and resolve legal problems. There are three things of key importance： what case should be used in teaching economic laws, when to use these cases and how to use the cases appropriately. In addition, we ought to update the cases according to what people concerns, and use all kinds of modem technologies to motivate and educate students.
