摘要
研究教学有效性通常将重点放在课堂教学上,事实上,课堂教学是教师将教学内容形象化、语言化和文字化的过程,内容的选择、采取的方式是在备课环节完成的,备课的质量将直接影响到教学的实施。教研是我国长期实行并行之有效的备课策略,要发挥教研活动的作用,重点是要培育学校的教研文化,将教研活动纳入到学校的整体文化建设中。
The research on the effect of the teaching often lays emphasis on the classroom teaching. In fact, the classroom teaching is the process that the teacher transfers the teaching contents into symbols, languages and characters. The selection of the contents and the way of teaching are acquired in the preparation of lessons which will directly affect the teaching. Teaching and research is one of the strategies in preparing the lessons we have used for a long time and it does have effect. This essay will discuss the value of teaching and research, its cultural factors and effective ways.
