用新疆地产甜菜渣制备膳食纤维粉生产工艺探讨

膳食纤维粉是当代功能性食品的一种重要添加成份，它具有明显的降血脂，降胆固醇，预防便秘．降血糖作用，同时能大幅度降低膳食热量．新疆光照时间长，制糖后的甜菜渣持水性好，量大，但利用率低．本文主要对甜菜渣制备膳食纤维粉工艺进行有益的探讨．

Dictary fibre power is one of the inportant additives for functional foods because of its effects to reduce blood fat,cholesterol,blood sugar,caloric of diet,to prevent constipation.The characters of the beet in XingJiang are mass production,long lighting time,a large amount of beet pulp,beet pulp s high water holding capacity,low usage The processing of the preparation of dictary fibre power from beet pulp wasstudied in this study.
