宫颈滤泡性淋巴瘤的临床病理观察

Clinicopathological observation on follicular lymphoma involving uterine cervix

目的:探讨宫颈滤泡性淋巴瘤的临床病理特征。方法:采用形态学、免疫组织化学方法对1例宫颈滤泡性淋巴瘤进行临床和病理分析并复习文献。结果:本例患者主要因异常阴道出血就诊,形态学检查显示在黏膜深层可见片状淋巴滤泡样结构,滤泡密集,大小不一,形态多样;免疫组织化学结果示滤泡样结构区CD20,BCL-6和CD10阳性表达;诊断为滤泡性淋巴瘤。结论:宫颈滤泡性淋巴瘤罕见,诊断需结合形态学和免疫组织化学表型;及时恰当的治疗将有助于改善预后。

Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of a rare kind of follicular lymphoma （FL） involving uterine cervix. Methods A case of FL of uterine cervix was investigated by histopathological and immunohistochemistric methods with a review of the literature. Results The patient had abnormal vaginal bleeding. Histologically, normal deep submueosal architecture was replaced by follicles with diffuse growth pattern. The follicles were variably sized and shaped. Cells in follicles expressed CD20, Bcl-6, and CD10 by immunohistochemistry. All characteristics was diagnosed as FL of uterine cervix,with high grade. Conclusion The primary FL of uterine cervix is a rare tumor, which diagnosis should be made based on combination of morphology and immunophenotype to avoid misdiagnosis. Appropriate therapy to FL of uterine cervix will get better prognosis.
