摘要 核因子-κΒ(nuclear factor kappa B,NF-κB)是一种重要的转录调控因子,可与多种基因启动子区域的固定核苷酸序列结合而启动基因转录功能,它参与机体的炎症、免疫反应、细胞凋亡及其他应激反应等。近年来研究发现,NF-κΒ的过度活化与重症社区获得性肺炎的发生、发展密切相关,对NF-κΒ进行调控将成为治疗重症社区获得性肺炎的重要手段。 Nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) is an important transcription factor, is able to combine the fixed nucleotide sequences of muti-gene promoter region to activate gene transcription. It has been show that NF-κB participates in inflammation, immune response, apoptosis, and other stress reactions. Recent studies found that the excessive activation of NF-κB is closely related to the occurrence and development of severe community acquired pneumonia. Thus, the regulation of NF-κB will become an important method to treat severe community acquired pneumonia.
