Tenor内固定系统在胸腰段骨折治疗中的应用

摘要 目的探讨Tenor内固定系统对于胸腰段骨折的手术治疗疗效。方法对2001年1月至2005年12月采用Tenor内固定系统治疗的胸腰段骨折且获得平均15个月随访的45例患者的手术疗效进行回顾性分析。男32例,女13例,年龄20~53岁,平均年龄35岁。病史3h~5d,平均3.1d。所有患者均采用后路椎板减压+椎弓根系统内固定+横突间植骨。结果无死亡病例。1例术后3d发生下肢深静脉血栓,给予留置下腔静脉滤网,防止血栓脱落;1例术后9个月发生内固定迟发性感染,给予彻底清创、内固定取出后痊愈。钉棒无折断,术后即刻椎体高度恢复率为96%,术后随访椎体高度恢复率为90%,植骨均获得融合。Frankel分级术后较术前神经功能改善率达95.6%。结论Tenor内固定系操作简便,复位效果优良,是胸腰段骨折手术治疗安全有效的内固定系统。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of surgical treatment on thoracolumbar fractures with TENOR spinal system.Methods The data of effect of surgery in 45 cases with thoracolumbar fractures were admitted from January 2001 to December 2005, including 32 males,13 females, age range from 20~53(mean, 35 years).All of them having a disease history of 3h~5d, and followed up for 1~3 years(mean, 15 months) after the operation.All cases surgical treated with posterior correction with Tenor system and transverse pro...
