摘要
目的探讨腋窝体温测量的适宜时间。方法对216例研究对象分别腋窝测温5min、7min、10min、13min,记录每次所测的温度并进行比较。结果分别测5min、7min、10min3个时间,所测温度依次升高并均有显著性差异(P<0.05),分别测10min和13min2个时间,所测温度间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论腋窝测温的适宜时间为10min。
Objective To determine the suitable time for taking temperature in axillary.Methods The temperatures taken in axillary for 5 min,7 min,10 min and 13 min were compared in two hundreds of volunteers respectively.Results The increased profile of the temperature was observed after taking it for 5min,7min and 10min,moreover,the significant changes for each other were significanty different（P〈0.05）,were measured 2 hours 10 min and 13min,the temperature measured there was no signnficant differert（P〈0.05）,conclusion uxillary temperature appropriate time for 10 rain.
