摘要
目的探讨动态血糖监测系统(cGMs)在老年2型糖尿病患者中应用的预见性护理。方法分析老年2型糖尿病(DM)患者动态血糖监测的操作管理方法,有针对性地做好心理护理,生活指导,动态血糖监测相关知识的教育,cGMS的管理。结果98例老年2型DM患者在监测期间日常生活基本不受影响,均能顺利完成监测,无穿刺部位感染等不良反应结论规范的预见性护理使老年患者行cGMs监测有很好的耐受性,可以提高老年DM患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the dynamics of blood glucose monitoring system（cGMs）in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes care in predictability.methods Analysis of the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM）patients with blood glucose monitoring the operation of the dynamic management, to do a good job of targeted psychological care, life guidance, dynamic blood glucose monitoring of the education-related knowledge, cGMS management.Results 98 cases of elderly patients with type 2 DM in the monitoring of basic daily life will not be affected during the period,all have successful completion of monitoring,no puncture site infection, such as adverse reactio.Conclusion Use predictability of a standardized care ,elderly patients have a good cGMs tolerance, this can improve the elderly＇s quality of life in patients with DM.
