腰椎间盘摘除加CAGE植骨椎间融合并联合椎弓根系统内固定术治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症

Combination of Nucleus Gelatinosus Removal,CAGE Interbody Fusion and Transpedicular Internal Fixation Device for Lumbar Central Disc Herniation

目的探讨腰椎间盘摘除加CAGE植骨椎间融合并联合椎弓根系统内固定术治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法自2005年1月至2007年11月,对60例中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者行腰椎间盘摘除+CAGE植骨椎间融合+椎弓根系统内固定术,并分析临床疗效。结果本组60例均获随访,平均随访25.3个月,手术效果按照MacNab标准评定:优58例,良1例,可1例,优良率为98.3%。结论在严格选择手术适应证的情况下,腰椎间盘摘除加CAGE植骨椎间融合并联合椎弓根系统内固定术的近中期临床疗效满意,该方法具有固定可靠、植骨融合率高和术后恢复快等优点。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of combination of nucleus gelatinosus removal,CAGE interbody fusion and transpedicular internal fixation device for lumbar Central disc herniation.Methods The curative effect of combination of nucleus gelatinosus removal,CAGE interbody fusion and transpedicular internal fixation device was performed in 60 patients with lumbar Central disc herniation from January 2005 to November 2007.Results All patients were followed up for an average 25.3 months. According to the MacNad outcome criteria, the outcomes were excellent in 58 cases, good in 1, fair in 1 cases, and the excellent and good rate was 98.3%.Conclusions This procedure satisfied with the recent mid--term clinical efficacy if the patients are selected strictly according to the indications,this procedure has the advantages of reliable fixed, high rate of fusion and quicker recovery.
