内源性大麻素的COX-2氧化产物在突触传递中的作用

摘要 内源性大麻素(eCBs)是在各种生理和病理过程中具有重要作用内源性脂质介质,通过结合和激活大麻素受体调节突触功能。环氧合酶-2(COX-2)是催化花生四烯酸转化为前列腺素的限速酶,广泛参与脑创伤、缺血诱导的神经元损伤、炎症反应及神经退行性疾病等。eCBs及其COX-2氧化代谢物形成新颖的前列腺素在突触传递和可塑性中起着不同的作用。因此,阐明eCBs的COX-2氧化代谢物在突触信号中的作用,有助于理解eCBs及其COX-2氧化代谢物在COX-2相关的神经退行性疾病中的作用机制,为减轻或阻止由于COX-2的过度表达导致的神经退行性疾病探索新的治疗方法和途径提供依据。
