摘要
研究了基于光固化原型的环氧树脂快速制模技术.对该技术的工艺过程进行了介绍,并着重对可浇注环氧树脂配方、固化工艺和脱模剂进行了探讨.并提出了石膏过渡模工艺.由于文中的制模技术只是获得良好的负模过程,周期短,成本低.因此,特别适合于产品的试制和小批量生产.
This paper is concerned with the epoxy tooling technique using stereolithograph prototyping. Analyzed in detail are the easy to cast epoxy resin formula, curing process and release agent. The transitional plaster model is proposed. The tooling needs very little time and cost, for the process is only to achieve the nice replica of the prototype. It is benefit for the trial and small batch of production.
