多层螺旋CT冠脉成像与核素心肌灌注断层显像的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT冠脉成像(MSCT)与门控核素心肌灌注断层显像(SPECT)的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院2008年6月至009年6月期间行64层螺旋CT冠脉成像及放射性核素心肌灌注断层显像检查的54例临床拟诊冠心病患者,并对这2种检查方法的结果进行比较。结果64层螺旋CT冠脉成像阳性预测值87.12%,心肌灌注断层显像阳性预测值86.49%。结论在冠心病诊断上,核素心肌灌注断层显像与64层螺旋CT冠脉成像之间有高度的一致性,两者相结合可提高对冠心病的诊断水平。
