管道建设质量管理专家系统研究

Research on the Pipeline Building Quality Expert System

首先结合库鄯管线工程建设实践阐述了新型管道质量管理的一般原理，然后提出了管道质量管理专家系统与质量控制过程相互结合的过程模型、以及管道质量管理专家系统的实现方法．文中不仅给出了关键控制点质量检测数据的检验判定方法，而且也提出了基于模糊数学理论的分项工程综合评优方法．

In this paper, the new principle of oil pipeline building quality management is given with third inspector. By the new quality management principle, the process model applying the pipeline building quality expert system in the pipeline building quality control is proposed. Then ,a quality expert system is developed for controlling the quality of oil pipeline engineering system, by which the quality managers can judge the measured data of the key parts in quality control.Finally, a implemented method based on the fuzzy set theory is proposed for grading the finished pipeline project.
