摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法研究了中草药磨盘草中8种微量元素(Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu、N i、Cr)的次级形态.结果表明,通过阳离子交换树脂分离,8种元素成分主要以游离态形式存在,少量以非游离态存在;通过氯仿萃取,8种元素成分大多为无机结合态,少量为有机结合态;LSC-500螯合柱分离表明N i、Zn的稳定态成分较多(88.89%,61.79%),而其他元素是不稳定态成分较多.
The second speciation of eight trace elements ( Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, Cr) in Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet were studied by ICP-MS. The results showed that eight trace elements exist mainly in free ions forms and a few in non-free ions forms after the separation of cation exchange resin; Eight trace elements exist mostly in inorganic forms and a few in organic forms after extraction of CHCl3 ; After the separation of LSC-500 Chelating resin, the contents of Ni and Zn in stable fohn arehigher (88.89%, 61.79% ), but the contents of the rest elements in labile form are higher than those in stable form.
