摘要
本文建立了柑桔主要病害螨———桔全爪螨的实验种群生命表.该螨从卵到蛹期的死亡率在20℃下为651%;在30℃下为439%.其中,蛹的死亡率最高,在20℃下为333%;而卵的死亡率在25℃下最低,为65%.在三个温度中,雌性性比均高于50%,随着温度从20℃升高到30℃,其性别比从57%上升到75%.该螨的平均产卵量在25℃下最高,为241枚;在20℃和30℃下,产卵量分别为127枚和20枚.三个温度下的种群趋势指数均大于1,其中在25℃达到最大,为105;在20℃下最低,为352.对死亡率、性比、产卵量的综合分析表明,20℃为桔全爪螨繁殖的最适温度.
A life table was developed for an experiment population of the citrus red mite,Panonychus citri McG,a serious pest of citrus trees in China.The total mortality rate from egg to nympha was the highest around 65.1% at 20℃,and 43.9% at 30℃.Of the various stages,nympha mortality rate was the highest,about 33.3% at 20℃,with egg mortality rate at 25℃ being the lowest around 6.5%.Female sex rates were much higher than 50% for all three temperatures,increasing from 57% to 75% with temperature from 20 to 30℃.The mean fecundity of 24.1 eggs at 25℃ was the highest,with 12.7 eggs at 20℃ and 20 eggs at 30℃.The trend indices for all three temperatures were clearly much higher than 1,of which the highest was 10.5 at 25℃,and the lowest 3.52 at 20℃.The result from the integrated analysis on fatality rate,sex rate and fecundity,indicated that 20℃ was the most suitable temperature for the citrus red mite propagation.
