美国国土安全信息网(HSIN)发展的经验与教训

摘要这些部门共同设计了JREIS这一系统，并于2003年1月开始试运行。系统运行后，使得可疑活动的报告以及记录与恐怖活动相关的潜在事件信息的交流变得更加便捷，并且在跨越联邦、州、地方司法机构之间构建起了可靠的、进行实时情报交流和执法协作的环境。
