对视频监控系统的应用研究有利于提高电网调控的可靠性、安全性。在用户需求分析的基础上,通过对安阳供电公司下属集控站视频监控系统的投入建设和应用,文章重点介绍了视频监控系统的构成及实现功能。解决了调度中心对变电站现场的可视化及环境监控问题,为无人值班提供了可靠的保证,是公司实行科学管理和人本管理的积极探索。
Application of video surveillance system will improve the reliability and security of power grid regulation. On the basis of user requirements analysis and construction and application of video surveillance system of the control stations attached to Anyang Power Supply Company, the paper focuses on the composition and implementation functions of the video surveillance system. Dispatch center has solved the problems of the visual and environmental monitoring of the substation on-site. It provides a reliable guarantee to unmanned work. It is also an active exploration to scientific management and people-oriented management for the company.
