广西籍汉族年轻女性面部软组织的测量研究

Analysis of facial soft tissue profiles of young women of Han nationality in Guangxi province

目的:测量分析广西籍汉族年轻女性面部软组织形态特征,为美容整形及相关学科临床工作提供参考资料。方法:以数码照片测量法测量97名正常容貌广西籍汉族年轻女性面部,测量结果与其它地区汉族及白人、黑人女性人群比较;分过阔面型组,阔面型组和中面型组,于组间比较线距、角度及比例指数。结果:广西人群面部测量结果与国内其它地区汉族及白人、黑人女性人群间存在差异。不同面型组间部分线距差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),角度及面中下部比例关系差异无统计学意义。结论:广西汉族女性与不同地区汉族及其他种族女性人群面部形态存在差异,不同面型间也具有差异。本研究为临床工作提供有参考价值的面部形态数据。

Objective To analyze the facial soft tissue profiles of young women of Hart nationality in Guangxi Autonomous Region to provide reference standard for facial cosmetic and plastic surgery and relevant subjects. Methods Digital facial photoes of 97 young women with normal appearance of Han nationality in Guangxi Autonomous Region were measured and analyzed by image analysis and statistic software on computer. Results Facial soft tissue variances occur not only between the Guangxi group （Han） and groups of other race, but also between the Guangxi group （Han） and groups of Han in other locality of China. Variances of some means of linear measurements occurs between groups of different facial type （P〈0.05）. Means of angular measurements and proportion relations of middleunder face between groups of different facial type show no significant difference. Conclusion Facial soft tissue variances occurs between groups of different areas or races, and of different facial types. Various aesthetics standards should be taken into consideration when treatments of cosmetic and plastic surgery or relevant subjects are practiced.
